sometimes i feel lucky as i was born in late 70's
studied in communications school during a time when digi cam was still a new product to everyone and m able to get a taste of film camera and those b/w photos

taking pix for me is framing the moment rather than creation now, pity
i do hope i can spend a bit more time on photography
failed in every physic tests in school, m not going to memorize any of its mechanisms

always wonder 100 years later, when your great grand children open your coffin, they may see chips or harddisk beside your remains
ok, plug it in, they found loads of pix
what are they?

skies, your own shadows, portraits, dishes, drinks, you posing a v behind the dishes, toys, babies, your pc, laptop at elsewhere, hands, foot, running waters, bricks, tree roots...

"what the?"

each categories times, well, 100 pix
perhaps

so you can bury yourself with GBs and GBs of pix when you done (or before you done)

the question i am asking
what you are going to do with these huge amount of pix you took (you duplicated, you received, you dispatched) actually?

bring back history to current time
it is an very important function or your may regard as the beauty when we focus on an old photograph
when you get old, you share your history and stories in front of a PC with your offspring
the more pix your show, the more eventful life you have (or the faster they get bored)

the amount matters
thats why it gives rise to "system filing" experts/ companies

or you in fact mad about the clicking sound/ pushing the tiny little buttons?
get lost in what you see but choose to believing the image/ frame/ reality you view through lens/ eyepiece/ monitor?

did someone already launched a campaign which collect the images of sky above different countries/ places all over the world and then map them to form a globe?
